It has been an honor and privilege to work in the home care industry for over 10 years, and for so many reasons.

When I attended my first home care event in 2014, one message stood out clearly from everyone I met: You care deeply about helping people. Those in this industry aren’t here for the money. You’re here to make sure those who need care receive the best possible support. It’s truly inspiring, and it’s become my mission to do everything I can to help you help even more people.

Since starting my business, I’ve had the privilege of hearing even more stories about why people chose to enter this field, and every single one has been so moving. I have so much respect for every one of you—you continue to inspire me with your dedication and compassion.

In 2016, I experienced what they say is your ‘second birth’—the day you find out why you’re here. During my first presentation at a Home Care Conference in Philadelphia, I discovered a passion I never knew was there. As soon as I stepped off that stage, I knew—this is what I was meant to do.

Since then, I’ve spoken to thousands of people across the country, and one thing has become crystal clear: You have the power to create an even bigger impact in your community and in your business through video and social media.
